Psychological Healing

Some wounds were never truly seen

You thought you were over it — and then something small pulls you right back. Drawing on projective psychology, relationship psychology and psychoanalysis, I help you see what has quietly been shaping you: childhood and family, the hurt love left behind, the patterns that keep repeating, and the block you've never been able to name.

What you may be carrying

You're not overthinking it —
it genuinely still hurts

🏠

Family of origin

Their expectations, comparisons and criticism became the voice in your head — and it still plays out in every relationship.

💔

Emotional manipulation

Belittled, gaslit, told you were "imagining things." Long after leaving, you still doubt your own judgement.

🔁

Repeating patterns

New person, same story. You want to know which part of you keeps choosing the same kind of pain.

🫧

Feelings without words

Nothing specific happened, yet you feel heavy and tired. Something is stuck — you just can't name it.

🪞

Low self-worth

However well you do, it's never enough; one comment can undo you. You're harder on yourself than on anyone else.

🧗

Feeling stuck

You know where you want to go and still can't move. What's holding you back is rarely where you think it is.

Three lenses

Three ways of seeing the same you

Different paths, one destination — genuinely understanding yourself, not just being comforted for an hour.

🎨

Projective psychology

Through drawing and imagery, the subconscious speaks for itself. What you can't say shows up first in the lines you draw — the House-Tree-Person test belongs here.

💞

Relationship psychology

Attachment styles and relational dynamics explain your reactions in love: why closeness frightens you, why you can't leave, why you're always the one who gets hurt first.

🌊

Psychoanalysis

Going deeper — childhood experience, defence mechanisms and repetition compulsion: the parts you never notice that keep making decisions for you.

How I work

No rush to the answer —
first, we look at the wound

I won't tell you to "let it go," "be grateful," or that "time heals everything." Being seen does more than being comforted — together we trace where that repeating pattern came from, why it once protected you, and how it's holding you now.

One-to-one and fully confidential. You can cry, swear, or say nothing at all. You don't have to arrive with yourself sorted out. You'll get a written summary afterwards, and you can always come back with more.

✦ Please note: this is companioned self-exploration — not a medical diagnosis, and not a replacement for psychiatric care or clinical psychotherapy. If you're in acute crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, please reach for professional medical help first. Beyond that, I'd be glad to walk with you.

FAQ

What you may want to know

Is this the same as therapy?
No. What I offer is companioned self-exploration — using the lenses of projective psychology, relationship psychology and psychoanalysis to help you see where your emotions and patterns come from. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace psychiatric care or clinical psychotherapy. If you are in acute crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself, or already in treatment, please make professional medical help your priority — I'm glad to walk alongside that, not instead of it.
I'm not good at explaining myself. Is that a problem?
Not at all — that's exactly why projective tools exist. What you can't say out loud can still show up in a drawing, an image, an association. You don't need to have yourself figured out before you come. I'll follow your pace and help you turn the feeling into words, one piece at a time.
Can family-of-origin or past wounds really be worked through?
The past can't be rewritten, but its grip on you can be seen, understood, and slowly loosened. Once you know where a reaction was learned, it stops being "this is just who I am" and becomes something you can choose. It takes time — I won't promise one session fixes it, but each one moves you forward.
After emotional manipulation (PUA), I no longer trust my own judgement. What then?
For people who were belittled and manipulated over a long time, the deepest wound usually isn't sadness — it's no longer daring to trust what they feel. We start from the details you actually lived through and give "it was not your fault" back to you, line by line, until your own perception feels trustworthy again. No judgement here, and no pressure to forgive anyone.
Is it online? What do I need to prepare?
One-to-one online via WhatsApp voice notes, a call or text. Available in Malaysia, Singapore and worldwide, in English or Chinese. If we use projective drawing, all you need is a blank sheet of paper and a pen. Everything stays completely confidential — whatever you share stays between us.
